Underhill Rose Single Session
Meeting in between classes at Warren Wilson College, Molly Rose (vocals, guitar) and Eleanor Underhill (vocals, banjo) began playing music together after an impromptu performance of "Angel from Montgomery," going on to form Underhill Rose in 2009. With the addition of Salley Williamson (vocals, upright bass) in 2011 rounding out their sound, the trio has gone on to write and independently release two successful country-soul albums, their second album, Something Real, being named an AMA Top 100 Album of the Year. Underhill Rose tours extensively across the United States and Europe, recently returning from their first-ever tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
